THere are the two apps that can help you organise the information beautifully; Flipboard and Feedly. You can search and subscribe to magazines of your interest and your own social media feeds. Personally, I love using Flipboard, my day starts with this, but its only available on tablet and mobile devices. Feedly on the other hand can be accessed via desktop also.
